Muttley Bars (Raw Caramel Slices)

Herewith my ‘Muttley Bars’ (named by my husband) because... “snicker, snicker.” If you don’t get that, you’re prooobably a whole lot younger (or older) than me.
Raw Caramel Slices 🤤 Not the prettiest (because when you have a baby, there ain’t no time for that), but, ohhh boy! They sure are the tastiest! Warning: don’t scoff the whole thing down at once, these baddies are RICH as all heck!
Base:
1 cup rolled Oats
1 cup Coconut chips: @earthandco_sa
1/4 cup soaked Dates
3 tbsp Date water
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Caramel:
1 cup soaked Dates
1/2 cup Pecan & Macadamia Butta: buttanuttspreads
2 tbsp Almond Milk: @earthandco_sa
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Chocolate:
1 cup dark chocolate (sugar & dairy free): nova.choc
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Whizz ingredients (I use a @nutribullet_sa ) layer by layer & build. Set in fridge for about an hour and then chow! #happybaking
